DELIVERIES

DELIVERY TIME

All orders are handled and shipped from our main boutique in Dubai. Orders are usually shipped the next business day. However, please keep in mind the availability of the item. If we do not have it in stock, we must make you a special order that would take up to 10 working days.

Estimated delivery time are 7 to 15 days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY

We are pleased to offer free international shipment for purchases above 10000.00AED

Your BijouQ piece will be delivered by our expert couriers and will be packed in our branded boxes.

Delivery times may vary, depending on the stock of the pieces, you will be informed about the expected delivery date once you place your order.

Any description and information concerning the weight of precious materials and the number of stones and carats are provided for information only and might vary on the delivered piece.

All international deliveries will be shipped only after payment confirmation and funds credited in our account.

EXCHANGE POLICY

All BijouQ jewelry are final sale and made specially for the customer. They are non-refundable in any circumstances

We will be more than happy to meet your expectations. However, you will have the opportunity to exchange with another item of equal or higher value.

to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 7 days  return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item

RETURNS POLICY

Bijouq Does Not accept order cancellations, returns of any items with exception of faulty items with manufacturing flaws.

Note: Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a manufacturing fault within a period of 7 days after delivery.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We are only able to exchange faulty items for the same item, subject to availability.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

WARRANTIES & REPAIR

We provide our beloved customers with a warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase on any purchased item they have. Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.
